Caress Meditation
This meditation was brought by the Tantra Master Shiva around 5 000 years ago.
One of the Sutras reads as follows: "Sweet princess when someone is caressing you, experience the caress as deep as possible and feel it like everlasting life."
Caress is the primary timeless love experience, as the loving touch can only be experienced in the now. Realising here and now moment is the gate to the eternal life.
It is a very simple practice that gives amazing healing effect, releasing our bodies from deep tension, especially in the pelvic and genitals area, making the partners more relaxed and live.
This meditation is one of a kind among tantric partner massages and helps open up the practioner's sensuality, allowing feeling their partner's body as their own.
Practicing Caress Meditation regularly deepens the sexual experiences making them brighter and more exciting.
All you need for this practice is a nice and comfortable setting, warm room and a soft carpet. Music, candles and incense will help you tune in. The whole atmosphere has to be designed with care and love helping you and your partner to enjoy the experience.
This practice can be done in couple or a group of people, but the group has to be divided into couples. During the practice one is playing an active role, the other partner stays passive, after that they change their roles.
The practice
One partner lies down on the carpet and relaxes as much as possible preparing himself for one of the tenderest and surprising massages. The receiving partner can have some clothes on, that does not affect the sensitivity of the body or depending on the level of your relationship and trust between you the massage can be received with the minimum of clothes on or naked.
First stage
Start caressing your partners body and face with your finger tips with soft and light touches, giving pleasure to your partners skin. Move your hands slowly, so your partner could go into meditation as deep as possible. Merge in your own movements, become caress and love embodiment yourself. Do not try to sexually excite your partner, just help him or her enter the space behind the time and mind. Your partner relaxes completely and observes the awakening of the energy in his or her body, being deep in that particular moment of eternity.
Second stage
Keep caressing your partner for 15 – 20 minutes. Tune in, when you notice that your partners energy is awakened enough, you can start caressing deeper and more intensively. You can caress your partner’s skin from the head to tip toes with the whole of your hand, your palms and forearms. Trust your hands, they will tell you what to do. Remember that your are not trying to sexually arouse your partner, but help the energy awakening and staying conscious deepening your meditation and enjoying bliss.
Repeat the sutra from time to time: "When someone is caressing you, sweet princess (prince), enjoy the caress as the eternal life". Feel keenly, be vigilant to the current moment, to caressing. At this very moment of love there is not past or future. You are not expecting a continuation and do not plan anything. Let the eternal life absorb you.
Third stage
Take away your hands from your partner's body, slightly step aside and let your partner enjoy the delight and bliss for a while and then come back. While it is happening you can whisper sweet, tender words and compliment your partner. After that you can exchange your roles.
If you were practicing in duo, do not hurry to make love afterward. Enjoy the blissful state of mind and remember this is a very deep, sacred, inner experience so try to live it in your inner silence and privacy.
You will see when you next time are going to make love, your sensitivity will be much higher and you will sense your partner deep and total as never before.
