Kundalini MeditationThis ancient practice designed to awaken Kundalini Shakti - the healing and transforming energy. This meditation helps set your mind and body free, become more spontaneous and creative.

It is a trance technique allowing to work delicately with your Kundalini energy and reach the state of blossoming.

On the third stage of the meditation you can direct the awakened Kundalini toward your goal. Then this practice becomes truly mystical. If you want to practice Kundalini awakening for achieving one of your goals then you have to set one clear goal before beginning the meditation. Alternatively you can manifest yourself in spontaneous dance.

For this practice you would need two types of music: rhythmic trance music (James Asher Shaman Drums are recommended) and the one that fills you with joy, inspiration and delight.

You can practice this meditation in solo or with a group of people.

Get tuned to meditate:

Stand straight, close your eyes and appeal to the great cosmic energy Kundalini Shakti, to awaken in you. Sing the mantra: Om Kundalini Shakti Om. Start the first part of the meditation.

First stage

Start the meditation with rhythmic music on (James Asher Shaman Drums recommended) by gently hitting floor with your heels actively shaking your relaxed body. Feel the Earth energy moving through the whole body with hot waves.

Keep shaking and enter the light trance state of mind liberating your spine from the tension in the areas of your back, these could be small of the back, thorax, neck. Let your head and hands dangle. Feel the powerful energy flows moving up from your feet. Give yourself over to shaking. During the practice you can feel some discomfort or even pain because of energy flow blocks in your body. Do not get embarrassed keep doing the practice focusing your attention on directing pure light energy to this area of your body. Imagine how pain and discomfort is leaving your body like a muddy flow of energy through your feet being absorbed by the Earth. At this very moment the healing process is happening via cleansing the etheric channels. Keep juggling for about 15 minutes.

Second stage

Stand motionless for a few moments. Observe the Kundalini vibrations overwhelming your body.

Put the joyful music on and start a spontaneous dance. At this stage your sexual energy is being directed to opening up your creative potential and individuality. Let your body dance like never before in your life. Let your emotions out. If you want to laugh or you suddenly notice tears of joy – let it be! Manifest yourself and be yourself the way it is natural for you. 

Move to the third or fourth stage of the meditation.

Third stage

Clearly imagine your goal and how you reach it. Visualize yourself and the people in circumstances that are necessary for reaching your goal. Direct the whole liberated energy during the trance to that image and keep your attention on it for a while. The brighter and more emotional you imagine it, the better is your concentration during this exercise the faster it will come to your life.

Fourth stage

Lie down on the floor and enjoy the relaxation. Entrust all your wishes and goals to God and stay free and unattached. Be in the state of deepest satisfaction, relaxation and rest. When you feel the meditation is over thank God for the wisdom and knowledge gained during the practice. Bring your attention back to your body, stretch with pleasure and stand up.

If you practice this meditation in a group, you can identify one goal and on the third stage focus your attention on one single intention. Alternatively each person can work toward his or her own goal.
